Holistic health and nutrition is my passion, and I love to break things down so they're accessible. (My family comes to me as a "translator" for health articles. They don't want all the scientific details; they just want to know the practical bottom line.)
Having graduated with my AAS in Complementary/Alternative Medicine (with a concentration in aromatherapy and some extra herbalism classes), I've also taken the plunge and launched a website that's all about holistic health. Have a look!
My health philosophy involves first of all, real whole foods - including real butter and other natural fats and as much unrefined salt as you want. And second of all, use of the least intervention possible, with the fewest man-made chemicals possible, in any given situation. That's the perspective you'll see reflected in the posts that follow.
(Of course, the standard disclaimers apply to everything here at Titus 2 Homemaker. I'm not a licensed medical professional. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any illness; it's all intended for educational purposes. And the FDA doesn't read my blog - at least not that I know of - so they certainly haven't "approved" any of the messages you'll read here. If you're anything like me, their word doesn't mean much to you anyway.)
