with liquid (The chili beans will make it hotter.)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Notes
In theory, this makes 4 servings, but if you're not serving it with rice or something, it probably won't make 4 good-size servings.
