Muffins (GF)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Measure flours, salt, baking soda, and baking powder into large mixing bowl.
  • Add milk, egg, oil, and honey and mix just until blended.
  • Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
