Rosemary Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • frozen boneless skinless chicken breast pieces (They do need to be separately flash-frozen, not all stuck together.)
  • butter
  • garlic salt I use the one from RealSalt.
  • dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen chicken in a baking dish.
  • Top chicken pieces with small pats of butter.
  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
  • Sprinkle chicken with the dried rosemary, " crumbling" it as you go.
  • Put a tablespoon or two of water in the baking dish, cover it, and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  • Check for doneness (160-165 degrees F) before serving.
