Ingredients
frozen boneless
skinless chicken breast pieces (They do need to be separately flash-frozen, not all stuck together.)
butter
garlic salt
I use the one from RealSalt.
dried rosemary
Instructions
Place frozen chicken in a baking dish.
Top chicken pieces with small pats of butter.
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
Sprinkle chicken with the dried rosemary, " crumbling" it as you go.
Put a tablespoon or two of water in the baking dish, cover it, and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
Check for doneness (160-165 degrees F) before serving.
