Turkey Divan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 10-oz. pkg. broccoli florets
  • 1/4 lb sliced turkey cooked!
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbs grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook broccoli until just tender; drain and arrange on the bottom of a greased 8" square baking dish.
  • Top with turkey.
  • Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour.
  • Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and smooth. Add bouillon; stir to dissolve.
  • Pour sauce over turkey and broccoli; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Put dish under broiler until cheese is light golden and sauce is bubbling hot.
