Ingredients

apple
halved or quartered

oats

tsp.
cinnamon
dash honey
pinch
salt
opt.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix and lock on lid.
Run at variable, about speed 4 or 5, until apple is well chopped, then raise speed to high.
Run for several minutes until hot.
