Winter Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 apple halved or quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. oats
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash honey
  • pinch salt opt.

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix and lock on lid.
  • Run at variable, about speed 4 or 5, until apple is well chopped, then raise speed to high.
  • Run for several minutes until hot.
