It’s a little trickier to write Caleb’s list, simply because he’s still so young and we only know so much about him yet.  But here’s what I know right now…

25 Things I Love About You, Caleb

1. Your ready smile.

2. Your sweet cuddles.

3. Your unruly curls.

4. Your sense of adventure.

5. That you “speak up” when you need something.

6. That you don’t complain just to complain.  You’re a joyful boy!

7. That you’re my “little man.”  As our first boy, you will present some unique challenges and learning experiences.  But I’m excited to watch you grow to be a man of God.  And see you grow taller than me!

8. Your curiosity.

9. Your looong arms and legs.  I’m thinking one of these days you’re going to be quite the helper for Mama, reaching things I can’t!

10. The way you, our first little Ramey man in this generation, so strongly reflect the Ramey genes.  I know that’s nothing you did – it’s all God — but it’s a special blessing seeing how much you resemble your Grandpa Earle and his brothers.  (I bet you inherited his wicked wit, too, but we’ll have to wait and see on that one.)

11. The way you love Livia and enjoy her company.

14. The way you lean your head against my head without my even asking.
