Keep reading below this introduction for all posts here at Titus 2 Homemaker related to cooking, recipes, and the kitchen. If you're looking for only my personal recipes, you'll find those here. (They're all here in the archives, too, but that link will weed out all the kitchen tips, cookbook reviews, etc.)
For the most part, we cook with whole foods, so that's what you'll find here most of the time. But we believe in having a fun treat every once in a while, so you might find the occasional exception - especially for foods that are "junk foods" anyway. (We have pretty close to a zero-tolerance policy for trans fats, though, and a zero-tolerance policy for artificial sweeteners.)
I don't believe in a vegan or 100% raw lifestyle, but I think that vegan and raw food "cook"books can be helpful resources on occasion, so those do show up.
I've been gluten-free since late 2010 ('though the rest of my family is not) and largely AutoImmune Paleo (AIP) since mid-2014 ('though, again, the family is not), so you'll see strong gluten-free influence in my recipes from 2011 on and a strong AIP influence from mid-2014 on.
