I challenge you to:
- Bake with your family/children. (Bake for Family Fun Month)
- Do something special to make your children smile. Or, if it’s not your strength, smile at your kids. (Give Kids a Smile Day, 1)
- Convince your hubby to supervise the children for a while, or find a babysitter, and soak in the bathtub while you read a book. (Read in the Bathtub Day, 9)
- Visit a shut-in. (National Shut-in Visitation Day, 11)
- Complete at least one “random act of kindness.” (Random Acts of Kindness Week, 12-15)
- Empty your “recycle bin,” and/or delete some old, unneeded files. (Clean Out Your Computer Day, 14)
If they are on your list, this might be a good month to focus on these goals:
- Time management tasks (National Time Management Month)
- Replace your underwear. (Intimate Apparel Week, Jan. 31-Feb.3)
