Christmas is coming! Yes, I know, there’s still Thanksgiving — and I definitely don’t want to overlook that! — but the fact is that many of us will be making gifts, so we have to start looking ahead to Christmas now. Choirs are already preparing Christmas music. And with the stores already displaying Christmas décor, it’s hard to not be getting into the Christmas spirit.
BIC Mark-It™ is getting in the holiday spirit, too, with their Month of Merry Marking. They’ve compiled a booklet of simple crafts and other activities you can do with their colorful markers. You can download it — and a coupon — right here:

One Idea
One example of an idea from the booklet is this “pay it forward” idea. First, gather up your supplies. That’s the #StoneGrey marker, and I personally used double-sided tape (only because it’s what I could find!).

Then head out to the store or wherever. Tape the coins to the soda machine (or parking meter, or laundromat washing machine…) and leave a note encouraging the finder to “pay it forward.”

(It’s easier to be stealthy if you don’t take pictures in the black of night.)

And speaking of paying it forward, I’ve been encouraged to “tag” a few of you to download the #BicMerryMarking booklet and coupon, and participate. (You don’t have to choose the same activity I did.) So I’m tagging Bekah, Ariel, & @cmon_getcrafty.
