I’m always a little skeptical when I see these ebooks/reports online. On the one hand, it could be really good information. On the other hand, it could just be hype. And do I want to put out the cash to figure out which one?
In my opinion, The Bad Breath Report delivers. I have to admit that I’ve only had the book for a week, so its not as if I’ve had a chance to put the recommendations into practice long-term. So I can’t tell you from personal experience that they do or don’t work.
What I can tell you is that the information here is sound. (And it’s the kind of thing you don’t hear from mainstream American health or dental care.) Moreover, it’s about a lot more than bad breath; it’s about dental health in general. Founded on principles of solid diet and proper body function, as outlined by individuals like Dr. Weston Price, the report talks about what really causes bad breath and cavities, and how either one can be healed without drilling, filling, medicine, etc.
When you get to the end, there are synopses of a variety of other approaches to dental care. Some of these get a little strange, but the primary content of the book is solid.
I do have one caveat: the books talks about the oral use of hydrogen peroxide, and suggests that it is available very inexpensively from the local pharmacy. I do not recommend using drugstore peroxide in your mouth, even if you aren’t planning to swallow it. It is my understanding that it can often be “contaminated.” Rather, look for ffood-grade peroxide. You won’t find it at your local drugstore, and it will cost a bit more, but it still will be less expensive than many alternatives.
