This little gizmo is simple, but fun, and makes a great stocking stuffer!  Do you remember those little rubber “poppers”?  They’re about the size of a quarter, and you turn them inside out, then wait for them to “pop” when they flip back right-side out?  ZeeBeez are like those little poppers on steroids.

Closer to the size of a baseball, these work on the same basic principle as those tiny poppers.  (They’re much less of a choking hazard, though, for younger siblings!)  They also have the added feature of a little handle.  This allows you to spin it as you drop it, so it hits the ground and pops off in crazy directions.  (Be careful not to stand directly above it, please.  We prefer for all eyeballs to remain intact.)

My kids had a blast with this!  It’s the kind of simple toy that can keep them occupied for hours.  (Well, maybe nothours outside in the winter.  But the time will increase as the weather warms up!)

I’ve just discovered that they come in different styles, too, besides the original, like these sports ball designs, or these girly ones.

I do recommend using these outside – or in a gym or someplace with no breakables – because they do pop over 5 feet, so you really don’t want them flying around in your living room. 😉    They’re a lot of fun, though!
