54. Make something special for each of my girls – a CD or a letter or something – that speaks to who each of them is and what I envision for them.
55. Remember Michael’s lunch for 2 whole weeks without missing a (work) day.
56. Put genealogy online.
57. Visit Mecklenburg with Michael to do research.
58. Print backlog of digital photos.
Let’s see; what here is not self-explanatory? The what-if file was discussed in an earlier post.
We have been intending to celebrate Sukkot (#53) for several years now, and we keep forgetting it until it is past, so I want to make a special effort there.
I usually remember Michael’s lunch (#55), but I can’t seem to go a whole week without missing it once, so he usually gets lunch four days a week. đ I’m working on that.
I found a program to put my family tree online pretty easily (#56), but I have to finish entering all the data into the computer first. I keep forgetting. Hopefully this will help me remember. Michael’s family is originally from Mecklenberg county, and we’d really like to go there sometime to do some genealogy research (#57). It’s close enough that it will be quite doable; we just never get around to figuring out where the courthouse is and making actual plans to go.
That’s the case with a lot of these 101/1001 things – they are just things that we have never gotten around to actually doing. Some of them won’t even take much time, effort, or money; they just require a little focus.
