2012 Goals & Projects

  • Create budget and set income/blog growth goals.
  • Plan organization project – to-do’s, needs, and mini-projects per room.
  • ($) Complete organization/cleaning project.
  • Create weekly schedule for home & blog.
  • Have Christmas gifts, cards, and Advent calendar projects done by December 1.
  • Have holiday gift guide and holiday blog features done by December 1.
  • ($) Complete genealogy books.
  • Plan 2012 holiday blog features ahead of time.
  • Schedule blog pitches (school-related).
  • Schedule school library requests.
  • Schedule school planning for 2012-13.
  • Work more actively on math with Ariel.
  • Get Sophia reading.
  • Get the girls on budgets.
  • Participate in the 50 Projects craftalong, completing 100+ projects, including the starred projects.
  • ($) Take 8 CLEP’s. (I have the number somewhere, but have to look it up.)
  • ($) Buy/acquire a Canon Rebel.
  • ($) Buy/acquire an iPad2.
  • Earn $10,000.  (based on the funds required to meet other goals for the year, padded for taxes)
  • Publish prayer book.
  • Finish health book (first draft).
  • Write/publish other planned ebook(s).
  • ($) Attend Blogher.
  • ($) Attend Relevant.
  • Meet stat goals established by first goal.
  • Submit 24 press releases/articles.
  • Restructure Daily Bread site.
  • Redesign shop.
  • Plan blog promos (#/month).
  • ($) Plan and build nursing-friendly core wardrobe.
  • ($) Go through all digital photos – plan scrapbooks, print photos, and back up photos to disk.
  • Rewrite “Santa Baby.”  (This is a for-fun project, not a public project.)
  • Plan keywords.
  • Read half or more of the Bible.
  • Memorize 6 Scripture verses/passages.
  • Copy 24 children’s tapes to CD.
  • Get in shape. (Be able to jump rope 75+ consecutive times, stretch to toes, do 20 pushups.)
  • Learn all bellydancing moves on my DVD.
  • ($) Make a will.
  • Take the girls to the zoo.
  • ($) Go to the drive-in.
  • ($) Get measured for clothing (FFF).
  • ($) Have photos taken in a photo booth with Michael.
  • Create a default cleaning supply/method list.
