She Watches Over the Ways of Her Household
(General)
This section is accompanied by a picture of a vintage writing desk (from Antique Clipart), and the following verse:
“She watches over the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.” – Prov. 31:27
The first thing in this section is my schedule. This is only a guideline, as I really work better with routines than strict schedules. At the bottom of the schedule page is a list of my weekly routine (which task categories fall on which days of the week).
The next page is my goals for the year. These are written out in a list with checkboxes. I use a dry erase marker to make notes in the margin of what I hope to accomplish toward each goal for the current month.
Following my goals, there is a room-by-room list of things that need to be done. A lot of these are petty things that I just don’t want to forget (for example, replace the hanger on the picture in the dining room); others are “dreams” that I just want to keep track of. But anything I notice that needs to be done in a given room goes on the list, so I have them all in one place.
