• If a Rafflecopter is not used, each comment counts as a single entry.  You are responsible for leaving an additional comment for each entry you earned.  (With a Rafflecopter, this is a non-issue; it tells you what entry methods are worth how much.)
• In most instances, prizes are shipped directly from the giveaway sponsor.  I have no control over the delivery of your prize.  I cannot be held responsible for a sponsor’s failure to follow through.
• Whether I am shipping the prize or not, I still will not be responsible for non-receipt.  If your prize is lost in transit, damaged, or never shipped by the sponsor, I cannot be held liable.  (We have four little mouths to feed here, and only a single real income!)
• If you do not receive your prize, please let me know, but please allow about a month for processing/shipping before alerting me.  I will provide contact information if you need it, will intervene on your behalf to the extent that I am able and insofar as is reasonable, and will certainly make note of any company that doesn’t follow through!  However, I cannot guarantee a positive resolution, and can only spend so much of my limited time in the pursuit of one.  (I have little ones here who need me!)  Please note that a giveaway may occasionally  be set up with me via a middleman. I do not always have direct contact with the company providing the prize itself.  (In case anyone was worried, I’ve never had an issue with prize delivery, that I’m aware of.  Just covering all the bases. 🙂 )
• All winners must reply to the notification email within 48 hours in order to claim their prize. If no response is received within 48 hours then a new winner will be selected. Please add mail @ titus2homemaker.com to your safe sender list to avoid having a notification go to your spam folder.
• If you have not completed the mandatory entry then all other entries you submit are null and void.
• If you have not supplied your contact email address with your comment(s) or publicly on your profile, another winner will be selected.  I am a reasonable person, but I can’t chase you down to notify you. 🙂
• Unless otherwise specified, giveaways are open to US residents ages 18 and older, and void where prohibited.  (This is to protect me, legally, since some locations get a little crazy with their sweepstakes laws.  Again, just covering all my bases.)
