I don’t want to make this more complicated than it needs to be. These terms are here so we’re both clear about what you’re purchasing and what you may do with it.
By placing an order through Titus 2 Homemaker, you agree to the terms below.
Purchases & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and payment is due at the time of purchase.
I do my best to make sure product descriptions, prices, and other information are accurate. But I’m human, and mistakes happen! If there’s an obvious error in a price or listing, or I’m unable to fulfill an order for some unexpected reason, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be mailed unless the product description specifically says otherwise.
Please make sure you’re purchasing the product you intend to purchase and that it’s suitable for your needs before placing your order. Digital purchases are subject to my Returns & Refunds Policy.
If there’s a problem with your download or file, please contact me. “Digital products are non-refundable” doesn’t mean “you’re on your own if something doesn’t work”!
Using Digital Products
Unless a product listing says otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the product to you.
Personal & Household Use
You may make as many copies as you reasonably need for your own personal or household use. That includes use by members of your immediate household.
Please don’t share, email, upload, give away, or sell the digital files themselves, or make copies for other people so they don’t have to purchase their own.
Churches, Co-ops & Other Groups
I don’t want ordinary small-group use to be complicated.
If you’ve purchased a resource and want to use it as part of a small church group, homeschool co-op, Bible study, class, or similar group of 25 people or fewer, you’re welcome to do so unless the individual product says otherwise.
For use by more than 25 people, please contact me about a group or extended-use license.
There are some products — such as party or event printables — that are specifically designed to be printed for guests or participants. In that case, you may print the number of copies reasonably needed for the event you’re personally using the product to host or organize. You don’t need a separate license merely because more than 25 guests will receive or use those copies.
If a particular product includes different licensing terms, the terms stated with that product take precedence over these general terms.
Handmade Items & Finished Projects
You’re welcome to use my digital products as elements of finished handmade projects, including projects you give away or sell in reasonable quantities.
For example, if you use one of my printable sentiments as part of a handmade greeting card, you’re welcome to sell the finished card.
What you may not do is reproduce and sell the printable itself, or something that is essentially just a reproduction of it. So you may sell a handmade card incorporating one of my sentiments, but you may not print and cut out a stack of my sentiments and sell those as embellishments.
You also may not redistribute or sell the original digital files, whether individually, in a collection, or as part of another digital product.
If you’re unsure whether something you want to make falls on the “finished project” side or the “reselling my product” side, just ask.
Physical Products
Physical products may be shipped directly by Titus 2 Homemaker or produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment company, depending on the product.
Shipping times are estimates rather than guarantees, particularly when an order is being fulfilled by another company. Some products may also have additional terms or restrictions stated in their individual product listings.

Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the products, files, designs, text, and other original materials sold by Titus 2 Homemaker remain copyrighted by Titus 2 Homemaker/Rachel Ramey.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it according to the license that comes with it. It does not give permission to claim the work as your own, redistribute the files, or reproduce the product for resale except where these terms or the individual product listing specifically allow it.
If Something Goes Wrong
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me. Titus 2 Homemaker is a very small business run by a real person, and I’d like to have the opportunity to figure out what went wrong and help make it right.

One Last (Unofficial) Thing
The sections above are the actual terms. This isn’t another rule — just a request.
Please use these products with the same kind of integrity you’d hope for if you’d spent the time creating them yourself.
I’m not interested in policing whether the 26th person happened to walk into your Bible study, or whether your unusually large family printed more copies than somebody else’s. That’s not the point. I’m simply asking that you not use one person’s purchase as a way to supply an entire large organization, redistribute my work to people who would otherwise purchase their own copies, or turn my work into your own product.
In other words: use some common sense, and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I think we can manage the rest from there.
