This post is brought to you by The Stork OTC and The Motherhood. As always, all opinions expressed here are my own.
To many of you, family — and children — are very important. And all of the little ones already in our families, whether through birth or adoption or some other means, are precious. But some of you have been struggling, wanting a baby of your own, and finding it just isn’t happening. You would trade all the Christmas presents in the world for a baby.
I have the opportunity to tell you about this new product that some of you who have been trying to conceive for a long time will find helpful.
The Stork OTC
The Stork OTC is a fertility tool that I think of as being a “step between” traditionally-available at-home methods and clinic-based treatments. It’s more “invasive” than the typical at-home methods: propping your hips on a pillow and the like. But it allows you to be a bit more aggressive with your pursuit of conception, while preserving your modesty and privacy, because it is at home.
If you’re trying to conceive and struggling, you’re not alone. According to the National Institutes of Health, 1 in 6 couples have not conceived after 12 months of trying. Many of these couples go on to spend a lot of money on costly and invasive procedures at fertility clinics. The Stork OTC, the only conception device cleared by the FDA for over-the-counter sale, puts one more step within reach before having to bring in the doctors. It enables couples to accomplish “cervical cap insemination” in the privacy of their own homes.
No drugs. No prescriptions. No embarrassing trips to the doctor. Just a little help getting things to exactly where they need to go.
The Stork OTC is currently available online and at CVS pharmacies. To learn more about the product and how it works, you can visit their website, or follow them on Twitter and Facebook.

It took 10 months to conceive our first child, 1 month for our 2nd, and 12 months for our 3rd. We’ve been ttc #4 for 18 months now and it would be awesome to try this product! Thanks for the chance.
Thank you for sharing! I think many readers will be encouraged to see some real numbers and really KNOW that not everyone just decides, “Oh, let’s have another baby” and has it happen just like that!
I had to do a little math on mine, but our experience has looked like this:
13 months for #1
13 months after finishing up with nursing #1, but I miscarried.
11 months after that, but that was a tubal pregnancy and ended, as well.
13 months more, for #2
22 months after finishing up nursing #2, for #3
5 months after finishing up nursing #3, for #4
