This month’s book-based basket is a little different. I don’t have the book in this post, because there are too many options! In honor of Letter Writing Month, we’re looking at the idea of a letter-writing basket. The Art of the Personal Letter or Words to the Rescue would be perfect book options for this, but there are other options, too, that are similar.
Bundle it together with letter-writing tools. Stationery (The Best Note Cards options at Amazon are beautiful but general-purpose; or try some really nice paper in bulk, like the Strathmore paper below), a nice pen, and maybe a Lettermate to help get those addresses straight. If you want to go above and beyond, add stamps and/or a wax seal and sealing wax. If you need a creative container, how about a box just the right size for filing blank cards?

Giveaway!
Bonus! The folks at Best Note Cards, Pilot, and Lettermate have all graciously provided product for me to give away to one of you! So we can have our own mini letter-writing gift package giveaway right here! The note cards you see above, a lettermate, and a fountain pen just like mine will belong to whomever Rafflecopter randomly picks. Most of you know how it works by now: follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter widget. (If you’re on mobile and it’s doing weird things you might have to go to a “real” computer.) You may complete as many or as few entry options as you like.
