There is a possibility of a pastoral position for Michael.  It is completely across the country, which we aren’t totally crazy about, but it sounds really nice otherwise — a great fit, as far as we can tell.  He has made the “short list,” so to speak, but there are several others ahead of him, so it’s a definite “maybe.” 😉

If we move, I don’t know what we would be looking at for housing.  Someday, we would love to find some land for sale and build a house on a little homestead (mini-farm-type).  Given the way the housing market is going, that can also be less expensive than buying a house already built!  I don’t know what kind of area this is, though, as far as how urban/rural it is.  We should know a little more about the beginning or middle of March.  (Maybe I’ll get a new church “for my birthday.” 🙂 )
