My 8-year-old daughter is super-skinny.  This makes jeans a challenge.  Anything that’s long enough is way too big in the waist.  Pants that fit in the waist are highwaters.  A belt works, but it’s pretty challenging for her to buckle and unbuckle it all day.

Jeri Jay‘s Waist-Eez belt is the perfect solution.  Unlike a regular belt, this does not go all the way around the waist.  Instead, it attaches to the belt loops at the back of the pants as a sort of external elastic.  This means no buckling or unbuckling!  You can simply wash and dry the pants with the Waist-Eez still attached.

Do follow the instructions, though.  My daughter was already wearing her jeans when our Waist-Eez arrived, so I just attached it to the pants while she had them on.  It would have been much easier to attach it before she put the pants on, which is what the instructions tell you to do.

This would go nicely in a package with a pair of jeans as a Christmas gift for a skinny-minny little girl like mine!
