Baby Steps to Better Nutrition & a Healthier Lifestyle has been in the works for a long time.  This is for those of you who want to make healthy changes, but don’t want to have to become an expert in everything!  I’ll provide the basic information you need in each area and guide you as you set a goal for one “baby step” for each.  If you want to delve in deeper in a given area, you’ll find hand-picked resource recommendations in each module.  The tone throughout is one of encouragement and camaraderie.
