Lone Orchid

This is another of those companies that I was blessed to find in the course of my gift guide compilation.  Lone Orchid has raw silk handbags, but their “signature” product is the necklace you see pictured at left.

These are such an innovative take on a classic product!  Available in five different metal colors, these pieces are very versatile.  They can be worn as necklaces, or twisted around and worn as bracelets.  Wear them straight, or knot them.  Twist several together.  Best of all, you can afford to buy several to knot together, because they’re not expensive!

I received the necklace in “hematite,” shown above.  It arrived in a lovely sheer gift bag.  I didn’t get any pictures of myself wearing it (hard to photograph oneself!), but here are some pictures provided by the company of some different ways these can be worn:

I love that these are pretty simple, but add a bit of flash to an outfit – that suits my style nicely. 🙂
