Now before you go thinking that I’ve decided to make my blog all un-family-friendly – this is skin products! Made right here in the USA, the flagship product of Naturally Bare by Deidre is the body balm. Like all of the company’s products, it’s free of all the yucky stuff – there are no parabens, no sulfates, etc. It comes in a variety of scents; the one I received was Tutti.
Now, Tutti is their floral. I am not a big fan of florals. However, I found that – probably because it’s natural fragrances – this smelled pretty good. It’s a pretty strong scent, but a refreshing change from the nasty chemical smells you find at the mall.
The balm is quite thick. Because much of it is shea butter, I expected it to be thick, but it was even more so than I anticipated. Almost solid. But it rubs in beautifully and it didn’t leave my hands feeling slimy afterward. The oils and butters used in the balm are all excellent for the skin, and will not only not harm your skin, but actually benefit it.
Bath bombs are also available, and body wash and body polish are coming soon.
