There are a lot of planner stencils and stickers out there, but I like these Ultimate Productivity journal supplies from Sunny Streak (on Amazon) because the templates are pretty unique.
You can buy just the stencils, but for a little bit more you can get this whole kit, which has the stencils and some other “extras,” as well.
Contents of the Ultimate Productivity Journal Supplies Kit
The kit contains what you see above: four rolls of washi tape, a pad of tabbed sticky notes, a packet of stickers, and a packet of stencils.
The stickers include four sheets each of five designs. I like that most of these are pretty basic, including things likely to actually get use, not a bajillion random bits and bobs that most people will never use. The month names I’ve used to quickly and easily title my monthly pages — which is a little awkward since I print my monthly pages on ivory cardstock. It would probably work much better if you use a more straightforward “bullet journal”-style planner.
The washi tape, too, is functional in its style. Purely decorative washi tape is fun, but that’s not what’s in this kit. These are designs intended for labeling a bullet journal or other planner.
And then there are the templates…
The Ultimate Productivity Planner Stencils
These templates are the real reason I bought the kit. There are a total of six.
As with the stickers, these are pointedly useful templates, not a bunch of frivolous “fillers.” In particular, I appreciate the templates for making trackers and that sort of thing, because these can be time-consuming and difficult to freehand.
(Please ignore the shadowing in the following images. I traced these onto paper that was on a clipboard with some other papers underneath.) I’ve learned from experience that usually it’s best to trace stencils like this with pencil, because pen tips don’t always fit inside smoothly. It depends on your pens — definitely try it if you’re comfortable, because it will save a step.
And then you can go back and trace them with a pen or marker, which also allows you to connect the lines where the stencil had to leave gaps so as not to fall apart.
They’re a little less perfect after tracing, but this was still much faster and easier than trying to draw these entirely by hand.
This spiral with the dots is a fun one, because you can use it a variety of ways. Trace just the little circles, as above, and leave it. Or add a line to follow the spiral:
Or even take it one step further and add lines to make segments similar to the other spiral:
(This could even be used as a double tracker, if you filled in the dots for one thing, and the squarish segments for another.)
So, all in all, this set of stencils is uniquely useful — and they’re pretty affordable.

Aww I love these, they look great! Have tried to find them on Amazon but they are currently unavailable. Hopefully once we get through all this virus-horror they might come back up again.
Hope you are staying safe and well, thanks for the lovely review. x
